Fenix
strictly follows GMP norms to manage the whole
production flow by rigorous quality monitor and
control system. All procedures that may affect
the clean degree are carried out within the clean
(germfree) area. All operators entering in the
area are required to follow the program of cleaning,
dressing, buffering and sterilization to ensure
the products free of pollution.
All conditions in the area, including air, temperature,
humidity, water, ultra violate etc., are under
artificial control.
The working flow is obeyed by every worker:
Material Selection (select out dead, polluted
and gray pearls), cleaning (with medical alcohol),
drying (with sterilized air), pre-disintegration,
layer-structure treatment, nanometerization, drying,
secondary disintegration, sterilization and packing.
This is not easy and final, because our inspectors
have to check over and over till the 100% satisfying
products are delivered into your hands.
